Text alerts (Twilio)

Send alerts as text messages as well as notifications. An admin adds a Twilio account's details to PorchIQ's settings and a mobile number to each person's account. Each person then picks which kinds of alert also come as a text on the Twilio page.

• Critical safety alerts are texted whenever Safety is picked, even in quiet hours.
• No one gets more than 20 texts an hour, whatever happens.
• Admins see a delivery log, a test message, usage and cost. Phone numbers are shown with the middle digits hidden.
